This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how 877bt ("we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://877bt.cam, collects, processes, stores and protects personal data relating to individuals ("you", "your", "User") who access or use the 877bt Platform.

877bt is an English-language online betting and casino information platform designed for users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions. We are committed to handling personal data responsibly, transparently and in accordance with applicable data protection principles. 877bt acts as the Data Controller in respect of Personal Data collected through the Platform. This means we determine the purposes for which your data is processed and the means by which processing occurs.

As Data Controller, 877bt is responsible for ensuring that all processing activities are carried out lawfully, fairly and transparently, and that appropriate technical and organisational safeguards are in place to protect Personal Data at all times.

Where we engage third-party service providers to process data on our behalf — for example, hosting infrastructure, analytics providers or email delivery services — we do so under written agreements that bind those processors to our instructions and require them to maintain appropriate security standards.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as financial account details, national identity numbers, biometric data or health information) through the Platform. If a Third-Party Operator requests such data from you, that collection is governed solely by that operator's own privacy policy.

The Platform may be hosted on servers located outside Pakistan. If your Personal Data is transferred to a jurisdiction that does not provide an equivalent level of data protection to your home jurisdiction, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place — such as standard contractual clauses, processor agreements, or other recognised transfer mechanisms — to protect your data in accordance with this Policy.

By using the Platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in other countries. We will always handle your data in accordance with this Policy regardless of where processing occurs.

The Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and over, or the higher minimum age required by any applicable operator or licensing jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from persons under the applicable minimum age.

If we become aware that Personal Data has been collected from an underage individual, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and restrict the individual's access to the Platform. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has provided Personal Data to us, please contact us at the address in Section 17 immediately.

The Platform may describe or reference Third-Party Operators — independent online gambling and betting platforms. Such references are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a data-sharing arrangement between 877bt and those operators.

If you choose to access a Third-Party Operator's platform, that operator will collect and process your data according to their own privacy policy, independently of 877bt. We strongly encourage you to read the privacy policy of any Third-Party Operator before registering or providing personal or financial information to them.

877bt has no control over the data practices of Third-Party Operators and accepts no responsibility or liability for how those platforms handle your Personal Data.

877bt is designed for English-language users in Pakistan. We recognise that Pakistani users may have specific concerns about data privacy given the legal and regulatory environment, and we address those concerns below:

• We do not share your data with the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), any provincial authority or Pakistani government body unless legally compelled to do so by a valid order under Applicable Law.
• We do not collect or store CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) numbers, Raast IDs, Easypaisa or JazzCash account credentials, or any Pakistani financial identifiers.
• References to payment services familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — on the Platform are provided as contextual information only. No data-sharing relationship with these providers is implied or exists.
• If you access the Platform from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar or any other location in Pakistan, your data is processed in accordance with this Policy and not under any separate Pakistan-specific data regime that we claim to operate.

Pakistan does not currently have a comprehensive dedicated data protection statute equivalent to, for example, GDPR. Notwithstanding this, 877bt applies internationally recognised data protection principles as described in this Policy.

877bt reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements or Platform features. Where changes are material, we will revise the Effective Date displayed at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email.

We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any published changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you object to any changes, you should cease using the Platform and, where applicable, request deletion of your account data as described in Section 11.
