Such references must not be interpreted as implying that those providers support, endorse or facilitate gambling.

Subject to these Terms, 877bt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. Permitted uses include:

All content, design elements, software, trade marks, service marks, logos, icons, graphics, text and other material on the Platform ("Intellectual Property") are owned by or licensed to 877bt and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The 877bt name, logo and brand identity are the exclusive property of 877bt. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in any Intellectual Property on the Platform beyond the limited access licence described in Section 6.

You may not:

• Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice on the Platform.
• Use any 877bt branding, logos or trade marks in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content without prior written consent.

• The security, availability or integrity of any Third-Party Operator's platform.
• Any losses, disputes, withheld funds, account closures or other outcomes arising from your use of a Third-Party Operator.
• Any changes made by a Third-Party Operator to their products, services or terms after the date of publication of any 877bt content referring to them.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 877bt is registered and operates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

877bt makes no representation that the Platform or any gambling services it describes are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. Users in Pakistan are specifically advised that:

• The Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 (Pakistan) prohibits certain gambling activities.
